A Climatebase Fellow and mechanical engineer by training, he’s developing an eco-tourism property in Belize and is passionate about permaculture and climate-native landscaping.

Kyle Connolly is a technical product leader who helps teams define problems, build solutions, and drive adoption across the full product lifecycle. Across 8+ years at Fortune 500 companies and early-stage startups, he has led enterprise platform buildouts, fintech systems, and agentic AI products, combining engineering depth with strong product ownership.
